APPOINTMENTS & RESERVATIONS
Sattva Spa develops unique treatment packages according to your specific needs, concerns and/or interests. We look forward to customizing your experience. Our Spa Menu is just the starting point. Appointment only for treatments; Reservations required for Couples Massage, Day & Custom Packages.
Sattva Spa treatments do not heal chronic illness but may help alleviate signs and symptoms.
Additional fee for Couples Massage reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance of treatment appointment to avoid being charged full price. A package must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment to allow time for completion of health history forms and Ayurvedic questionnaire. Take a few minutes to relax and enjoy a cup of herbal tea. We will do everything to accommodate you but cannot promise full service for untimely appointments.

PAYMENT
MC AND VISA are accepted for your convenience.
CASH payments receive a 5% discount.
TIPPING or Gratuities are not included in the individual fee for each service and are very much appreciated.
CLOTHING DURING TREATMENT
Your comfort and privacy is our primary concern. Therapists are trained to drape towels and sheets over your non-treated areas of your body; therefore, undergarments are not necessary and may impede treatment. However, feel free to wear them or request disposable ones from your therapist.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available in any denomination on site or by calling 303-825-8600. What a wonderful way to appreciate the ones you love and care about; perfect for office, holiday or other special occasions
PREGNANCY OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please inform your therapist of pre-existing medical conditions so we may properly modify and arrange treatment. During pregnancy, please avoid treatments using heat and deeper pressure.
